Reservations/Deposits

We are in a very desirable Beachside and In-Town Location, with a Spectacular, Private, Mile-Long Beach and 1-2 blocks to both fine and casual dining, boutique jewelry and gift shops and fine art galleries, boutique coffee, sandwich/soup and sweet shops and ice cream parlors.

Upon making a reservation, your room(s) is(are) blocked online from further booking.  Rates posted are for minimum night stays. The initial deposit is from 1-3 nights or 50% or 6+ nights including tax, per room. Any balance due is charged automatically to your credit card 28 days prior to arrival unless we receive a check by that date. Reservations made within 28 days of arrival and Gift Certificates require payment in full. Some minimum nights are required peak season and holidays.  A 1-night reservation, if available, requires a $30.00 fee added to the room rate, per room.  Rates are posted for minimum night stays, are subject to change, and we reserve the right to upgrade to a higher priced room without additional charge.

Cancellations/Refunds

If cancelled 28 days or more of the scheduled arrival date for any reason, the cancel/admin fee is $50 per room per night or 15% of room total, whichever is greater. If cancelled 28 days of less of the scheduled arrival date for any reason, we will refund your deposit upon the Inn's full occupancy on your cancelled nights, minus the cancel/admin fee.

General

Check-In:  2-5 PM.  Arrangements will be made if arrival is later than stated time and after 5 PM.

Our niche environment is a quiet, calm, soothing environment for Couples and Business Singles seeking rest and relaxation. Our rooms are for one or two adults with one King or one Queen Bed;  cots are not available.

Smoking and burning candles is prohibited. A $100.00 professional cleaning fee will be charged if infringement of this policy.
