POLICIES:
RESERVATIONS / DEPOSITS: 1-3 nights payment in full, or 50% of 6 plus nights including tax for advanced reservations. The balance will be charged automatically to your credit card 21 days prior to arrival unless we receive a check by that date. Reservations made within 21 days of arrival require payment in full. Some minimum stays are required and we reserve the right to upgrade to a higher priced room at no additional charge. For a one-night reservation, if available, a $25-75 fee or 50% of the one-night rate may be added dependent upon availability and the season.
General Check-In: 2-5 PM......Arrangements will be made for later arrival.
CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS: 21 days notice less $25 per room per night or 10% of total sale, whichever is greater. On shorter notice, for any reason, we will refund your deposit upon full occupancy minus the cancel/administrative fee.
DIRECTIONS ON CAPE: Follow Route 6 East to Exit 10. Turn right onto Route 124/39 South and continue due South to Route 28 about 3.5 miles. At Route 28 turn left. Go 3/4 mile to Pilgrim Road, alongside the Pilgrim Church on your right, in view of the water.
