POLICIES:
RESERVATIONS / DEPOSITS: We are a highly desirable Inn in a highly desirable Cape Cod location. Upon processing of the deposit, the room is blocked online from further booking. The deposit is from 1-3 nights or 50% of 6+ nights including tax, per room. Any balance due is charged automatically to your credit card 21 days prior to arrival unless we receive a check by that date. Reservations made within 21 days of arrival and Gift Certificates require payment in full. Rates posted are for minimum night stays; dependent upon availability and the season, some minimum nights are required. A 1-2 night reservation may require an additional charge with advanced notice. We reserve the right to upgrade accommodations without additional charge, and rates are subject to change based on supply and demand.CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS: If cancelled outside 21 days of arrival for any reason, the cancel/admin fee is $50 per room per night or 15% of room total, whichever is greater. If cancelled within 21 days of arrival, we will refund your deposit upon full occupancy minus the cancel/admin fee.
DIRECTIONS ON CAPE: Follow Route 6 East to Exit 10. Turn right onto Route 124/39 South and continue due South to Route 28 about 3.5 miles. At Route 28 turn left. Go 3/4 mile to Pilgrim Road, alongside the Pilgrim Church on your right, in view of the water.
GENERAL:
Check-In: 2-5 PM. See your confirmation for stated arrival time. Arrangements will be made if arrival is later than stated time and after 5 PM.
Our niche environment is a quiet, calm, soothing environment for Couples and Business Singles seeking rest and relaxation. Our rooms are for one or two adults with one King or one Queen Bed; we do not provide cots.
Smoking and burning candles is prohibited. A $100.00 professional cleaning fee will
be charged if infringement of this policy.
