RESERVATIONS / DEPOSITS:   1-4 nights payment in full, or 50% 8 nights or longer including tax for advanced reservations. The balance will be charged automatically to your credit card
21 days prior to arrival unless we receive a check by that date.  Reservations made within 21 days of arrival require payment in full. Some minimum stays are required and we reserve the right to upgrade your room at no additional cost.  Rates subject to State/Local Tax 9.7% 

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS:   21 days notice less $25 per room per night or 10% of total sale, whichever is greater.  On shorter notice, for any reason, we will refund your deposit upon full occupancy minus the cancel fee.

DIRECTIONS ON CAPE:  Follow Route 6 East to Exit 10.  Turn right onto Route 124/39 South to Route 28 about 3 miles.  At 28 turn left.  Go 3/4 mile to Pilgrim Rod, alongside the Pilgrim Church on your right, in view of the water.
